Based on the Roman Catholic Catechism there is salvation for the Muslims.
I guess they will spend eternity together, where they do so will be a surprise to them both.
841 The Church’s relationship with the Muslims. “The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind’s judge on the last day.”330
Yes. Christ's Church teaches that there exists the possibility of salvation for anyone who is ignorant of Christ, through no fault of his own, yet tries to do good and follow truth to the best of his ability, since such people are implicitly following Christ, who is Goodness and Truth Itself.
Such people are saved by Christ's atoning death and the graces that are mediated through His Church.
If God is Goodness Itself, it's impossible to imagine anything other.
Based on the roman catholic catechism, their Jesus died on good Friday and raised easter Sunday..
Is that the same ‘Jesus’ Paul taught and preached when he taught passover, unleavened bread and first fruits, according to scripture?
No.
And I dare say Protestants follow the according to Rome’s version.
Different Jesus. Different gospel then Paul taught.
All warned about in scripture..
And protestant daughters have the chutzpah to share that faith in the roman version of Jesus and then declare Catholics are doomed because of what they teach and who and how they worship..
Protestants wouldn’t know Christmas without Rome.. they wouldn’t know good Friday without Rome. They wouldn’t know Easter without Rome..
They wouldn’t know those are all counterfeits without His Word..
So do you think that no Muslims can / should be saved? really?
No kidding; my guess is they'll find far warmer than they expected.
Hoss
What utter baloney.
Muslims are the first to tell us infidels that our God is NOT their god.
This is a perfect example of how man-made religion deviates into error.
Someone Grubered the Catholic Church into believing a lie.
