Absolutely. Anyone claiming to be an honest theologian must accept the curse and evil of of Protestantism. What renowned essay Hillaire Belloc said is so true. That unlike other heresies, Protestantism “spawned a cluster of heresies.” As a result many Bible Christians are stuck in the shallow end of the theological pool, and some resist swimming in the deep end, and many who try swimming in the deep end to support their beliefs, drown. It’s simply over their heads. When well-known Protestant theologians tell us why they ditched their Protestantism, Bible Christians are psychologically trapped and compartmentalized from following their reasoning. I doubt very few read the entire article by Dr. Anders. Others like Joel Osteen and the Billy Grahams won’t hear of the evidence esince their family fortunes are built on the nonsense they preach.

Wow!

What an ABSOLUTE statement!!!

Pope Stephen VI (896–897), who had his predecessor Pope Formosus exhumed, tried, de-fingered, briefly reburied, and thrown in the Tiber.[1]

Pope John XII (955–964), who gave land to a mistress, murdered several people, and was killed by a man who caught him in bed with his wife.

Pope Benedict IX (1032–1044, 1045, 1047–1048), who "sold" the Papacy

Pope Boniface VIII (1294–1303), who is lampooned in Dante's Divine Comedy

Pope Urban VI (1378–1389), who complained that he did not hear enough screaming when Cardinals who had conspired against him were tortured.[2]

Pope Alexander VI (1492–1503), a Borgia, who was guilty of nepotism and whose unattended corpse swelled until it could barely fit in a coffin.[3]

Pope Leo X (1513–1521), a spendthrift member of the Medici family who once spent 1/7 of his predecessors' reserves on a single ceremony[4]

Pope Clement VII (1523–1534), also a Medici, whose power-politicking with France, Spain, and Germany got Rome sacked.

And yet you still have a pope which is unbiblical, think mary is a queen in heaven(which is unbiblical and blasphemous), have idol worship and pagan ritutals, have numerous pagan symbols in your church, oh and still let rome and their traditions, and ill gained riches, influence be the center of your faith and not Christ and the holy word. I follow the bible not your priest or pope who you all call father which is also unbiblical. So keep bowing to the pope kissing his ring, thinking that saying hail mary’s and praying to saints is biblical(it is not they are human not God) and that they are a mediators besides Christ(which is also unbiblical, and blasphemous). Ill stay a Baptist, read the word and not follow a corrupt system like that is catholic church.

Inqusition, Borgias , support for Islam(you all worship the same God according to your Catholic texts), the list is endless. So cheers to you statue bowing, blasphemous idolotry loving intellectuals. Jesus and the Word is all you need God help you all.
