Anamnesis is almost always connected with sacrifice. And it means more than remember. Also, it’s “offering” not “re-offering” in Sacrosanctum Concilium 48 if that’s what you’re referring to.

Also, what you linked to doesn’t negate anything I said. Everything I said is still true and that will not change.

No it's not. It's a remembrance or a reminder. You don't need to re break an arm or a leg to remember it. Nor do you need to recreate the death of a loved one to remember it. And we surely don't have to offer Christ as He already did that once for all and said "it is finished".
