When did God make a new covenant?
Did he make it to Israel or to the gentiles?

He made it with His disciples - all Jews: “Drink of it, all of you: for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.” Matt. 26: 28-29.

This was foretold by Jeremiah as reference in Hebrews 8:8:
“The days will come, says the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: . . . This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. . . . In speaking of a new covenant he treats the first as obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.”

So the new covenant is with Israel, and we have been grafted into it - Praise the Lord!
