Perhaps you can show some scripture that shows the apostles were at the Crucifixion, besides John... You should huff and puff and wave a $100 bill around in the trailer court!
The Bible does not include a comprehensive list of everyone who was at the crucifixion (either close-up, or at a distance on the periphery), any more than it includes a list of everyone who was at the "Sermon on the Mount".

Problem is that the original statement had to do with on the cross, not at the cross. There was a nice twist of words going on there.
