As a convert myself, I have found both Fr. Mitch Pacwa and the convert Tim Staples to be very helpful in my gaining a much better understanding of so many of the teachings of the Catholic Church.

In addition to Tim Staples, I have found a number of other converts to the Catholic faith to be very helpful in my own learning path, including especially the converts Scott Hahn and Steve Ray, and the "revert" Jeff Cavins.

To access some of the online resources from each of these individuals (in addition to all their books available at "Amazon", and other book sites), a person can go to "https://www.youtube.com/" and do a youtube search for each of them, and find lots of helpful and instructive videos and audios:

Tim Staples used to believe many of the errors held by so many FR posters here these days also (including errors involving the issues about Mary, which he discusses on this show with Fr. Mitch, as well as discussing them in his new book, "Behold Your Mother - A Biblical and Historical Defense of the Marian Doctrines"), until he eventually began to see the truth more clearly, and "a light bulb went on" for him.
