In the face of the offensive of radical Islam, Franciss idea is that we must soothe the conflict. And forget Regensburg. With serious harm also to the reformist currents of Islam...
It is impossible not to see in this the features of a war of Islam pushed to the extreme, fought in the name of Allah. It is illusory to deny the Islamic origin of this unbridled theological violence. This has been published even by the officially supervised La Civiltà Cattolica, only to be contradicted afterward by its fearsome director, Antonio Spadaro, the Jesuit who plays the role of Francis's interpreter.
On Islam the Catholic Church stammers, the more so the higher up the ladder one goes...

Oh - I made that determination while in Iraq...I saw it first hand...absolutely evil.
The thing that struck me was their mentality to commit violence...all they had to do was sit there - let us build a bunch of stuff so Washington politicians could brag - then we would have packed up and left...but no - they wanted to spill blood and commit so of the worst human abuses I’ve ever seen on the Coalition or in their effort to get over on their fellow neighbor...animals don’t act the way in which they did...
I truly believe that Muhammad was visited by demons who possessed him - the islamic scholars say it was an angel - more precise Gabriel — since he’s God’s messenger...but, it was a legion of demons and Islam is the counter to Christ!
That alone is why Islam must not be tolerated!
Islamic god is not merciful...it toils and messes with people daily lives...if something goes wrong in a moslems lie - they BLAME it on Allah...had nothing to do with free will or choice - something that God gave every man, woman, and child...
...and moslems will tell you this. That catechism was meant to bring salvation (Christ) into the moslem world - moslems believe in Muhammad first - Allah second...everything revolves around what Muhammad did...as if he was to take the place of Christ. That is concerning - especially when Christ warned us all about those that will claim falsely to be from God after Christ ascends into Heaven.
Remember, Satan is under Christ - there is no argument that Christ knew of Satan’s plan - he knew that at some point a “counter” would evolve and therefore warned us all.
They’ve been under totalitarian central control governments for millennia. Perhaps the reason for the lack of innovation is summed up in the Japanese saying The nail that sticks out gets hammered down.’
“Remember, Satan is under Christ - there is no argument that Christ knew of Satans plan - he knew that at some point a counter would evolve and therefore warned us all.”
That is why, and right now I am making myself coffee to get started today, Jesus warned in the Gospels that there will be false prophets and I do believe that was to include Mohammed.
Biggirl,
You’re just not understanding.
True, but then China has never had anything resembling individual civil rights, and that didn’t stop them from being continuously the world’s leaders in technological innovation for several thousand years. Up to about 500 years ago when they just stopped.
No, I am doing the RIGHT THING. My decision has been made. I will not post anymore about it, thank-you.
Please see posts numbers 41 and 42 and you will get a better answer then what I can post.
Or better yet, TALK to a Christian from the Middle East and they will give you a much better answer to help you “get it” why I have to reject CCC 841. Thank-you.
I think you should reject 841. The issue is that if you believe that the Vatican II Council is a valid council that taught true Catholic teaching, then you are acting in a non-Catholic way. I personally believe that the Vatican II Council promulgated false teachings.
