Baptism leaves an indelible mark on the soul. Laity's opinion about who is a *real* Catholic is meaningless in light of the church's opinion.
Since the RCC considers them Catholic, Catholic they are.
If you were baptized with the Trinitarian formula, you would be considered Catholic, but not fully united with the Body of Christ, His Church.
The point is, "an indelible mark on the soul" does not mean the same thing as full union with His Church.

Since the Catholic church "considers" and claims as Catholic anyone who was baptized in a Trinitarian denomination, does that leave Trinitarian Protestant susceptible and liable to future inquisitions?
