So Catholic universities are not Catholic and have no association with the Catholic church. Those aren’t Catholic clergy really teaching there and they are not teaching Catholic theology?

We also here Catholic Charities is also not Catholic.

I was at the AG barn today and we shoveled out a lot of what you stated tonight.

Any one of any faith can teach at Catholic-affiliated universityies and any one can work for Catholic Charities. Catholics can teach at Oral Roberts University or any other institute of higher learning. The first requirement for teaching are your credentials, not your faith background.

“So Catholic universities are not Catholic”

Some are. some aren’t. What none of them are IS THE Catholic Church. And I think you know the difference so now saying, “So Catholic universities are not Catholic” is simply not an honest assessment of what I said. The Church is the Church. A religious order is NOT the Church. A university is NOT the Church. Only the Church is the Church. This is not difficult to understand.
