St. Pius X died in 1914. He had nothing to do with a society which was formed decades later and called itself after him.
Maybe heterosupremacist is confusing the man (Pope St. Pius X) with the society (SSPX)?
You bet!. From Luther on down!
Nonsensical. If you want to take a shot at the religion mod have at it. The rest is believable as your secret knowledge.
I would say so.
“Nonsensical.”
No, actually everything I wrote made sense.
“If you want to take a shot at the religion mod have at it.”
I took no shot at the “religion mod”. I merely stated a fact - as best I could within the forum rules as sent to me in a private email.
“The rest is believable as your secret knowledge.”
It’s perfectly believable. Luther admitted what happened.
“If in fact what you say is true, the Vulgate and Catholic doctrine should rightly be read in[potty language in Latin recently banned by Religion Moderator in private email to me] . At least there is use for it there.”
Thankfully, Christ’s Church values the Vulgate to this day. Heretics, schismatics, and people who have no idea of what they’re talking about - not so much.
WELTBILD, is the second largest bookselling company in Germany. It is wholly owned by the German bishops and has a $1.7 billion annual turnover. Its 2,500 porn titles (with covers too sexually explicit to reproduce) include perverse sexual fantasy of every type. WELTBILD also sells books promoting Satanism, the occult, esoterism, and anti-Christian atheist propaganda.
More than that, the bishops are also 50% owners in another company - Ver-lagsgruppe Droemer Knaur - which actually produces the pornographic novels.
Not that this helps, but they also sell some good Catholic Bibles (including the one I use): http://www.weltbild.de/3/14205329-1/buch/bibelausgaben-die-bibel-einheitsuebersetzung.html
They sell Luther’s Bible too: http://www.weltbild.de/3/15587361-1/buch/bibelausgaben-die-bibel-nach-martin-luther-taschenausgabe.html
Oh, and I just found something I want to buy: http://www.weltbild.de/3/19326281-1/buch/der-untergang-der-templer.html
And this is TOO expensive: http://www.weltbild.de/3/19525174-1/buch/neue-studien-zur-literatur-im-deutschen-orden.html
This is absurd, beyond satire, this is sick...Words cannot describe the utter moral degradation of the German Church hierarchy...God help us all, especially faithful Germans trying to live the faith in the morally-bankrupt miasma that is the German Church.
Looks like we’ve got a hit’n’run n00b here....
Kirchensteuer = 8-9% of annual income tax. At that rate, it's no wonder the churches are empty. Pope Francis and his bling bishops apparently see nothing wrong with holding the Sacraments financially hostage.
Poor translation, but still useful in dispelling Catholic doctrinal error.
“Poor translation, but still useful in dispelling Catholic doctrinal error.”
Actually it is an excellent translation although it has flaws as do all translations of the Bible.
