Call for reformation?

What dilemma? Whatever the circumstances, whatever this pope personally believes, the fact that God won’t permit a pope to formally teach an error on faith or morals was just proven again for the whole world to witness.
Rather, REFORM done the RIGHT WAY.
no dilemma at all, we can and do respect homosexual people and divorced and remarried couples. Can they attend Mass , of course they can and do. They are welcomed. Can they receive the Eucharist faithfully....no...and I don't see that changing ever. As far as the divorced and remarried person, when the original spouse dies, the other partner can recieve the Eucharist.
