The Cardinal doesn't get that we are at war with the forces of evil intent upon destroying Christianity. While we all know about the persecution of Christians in the Middle East and elsewhere, we are blinded to the persecution of Christians in this country. Cardinal Dolan should be defending the teachings of Christ, not making nice to those who would destroy our faith.

I find myself a little more cynical: i.e., perhaps he does, in fact, understand it.

My wife is catholic and has no use for Dolan.I think he is a sell out trying to be PC. I have no use for any queer as they break God’s law.
