My Daughter Amanda - update #218, 336

My heart breaks as I write this....as I have posted before....my daughter has been fighting Heroin addiction.
Yesterday....after entering sober living....she relapsed and OD'd. The medics brought her back....but we have no idea as to what to expect when we get to her....we are flying to her side as we speak...
Please pray for our daughter...pray for us...to allow for God's will and grace to find and cover her in His healing.

Prayers, for you, your husband, Amanda and especially for all parents that find themselves helplessly in non-contingent love with a child that has fallen into the trap of addiction. May you be strengthened to overcome your fears and doubts and may our Lord and Savior lead you through to that day of complete healing and recovery.

I am so sorry! Praying for your daughter and you, too. Heroin addiction is horrifying. Somebody I love has been clean since a stint in jail. It saved his life. I pray this will be what turns her around.
