At first upon reading the headline and blub on the index thread, I was concerned. However, if they are only having a booth at the end as the article says, then it is actually a good thing. I am not Catholic, and I disagree with much of the Catholic doctrine.
However, If this were say the year 50 AD, I do believe you would have found the Apostle Paul at the end trying to win converts to Christ.
If the church were participating in a way that supported the lewd behavior, immodest dress, and lurid displays of exhibitionism and sadomasochism, then I would be concerned.
Truth is, there should be a lot of Christians standing were the Saint Anthonys Shrine is going to be to enlighten the lost by sharing the Gospel of Christ with the truth in hopes of saving some lost souls.
What a statement this is about my fellow Evangelicals who could lose some potential converts to the catholic church.

St. Paul was apparently on a different mission than these guys.

St. Anthony Shrine is on New Ways Ministry’s list of “Gay-friendly Parishes and Faith Communities”.

They’d need some serious protection evangelizing to that crowd in that particular environment if they hoped to escape in one piece.
