When Jesus told the parable of the Good Samaritan, He used the term ‘neighbor’. Seems like ‘neighbor’ would have been a much more apt term for this situation, too.

Cut the guy a break. He’s toeing the Catholic line here. The CCC already states that Catholics and Muslims worship the same God, so this “brother” stuff” is hardly surprising.

In that we all descend from Noah, he is correct.

If there was even a hint of “brothers with the same heavenly Father”, then he’s wrong. Christians and muslims don’t both worship God. The muslim god is a phony.
