Hey, dont get me started on the Catholic foot surgeons. Okay. Now I'm worried.
A little more than 8 years ago I underwent surgery on both feet, or as we say technically, Feeties.
Some years later, after what I now know to be an entirely coincidentally related to a trip to the range with highly inadequate ear protection, I developed what I thought was tinnitus.
But it only manifested when I was in bed.
My foot surgeon was a Catholic.
Now I see that my feet were just trying to contact the mother ship.
Strangely, this does not comfort me.

On my second tour, our catholic padre in my unit had a foot fetish, does that count? heh.
He got caught, the mps confiscated all our internet computers computers for communicating to home while they did their investigation.

I knew a diabetic guy who went to a foot surgeon with a last name that started with MC. He went to the office every week or two to have his toenails clipped. I heard a lot of people complain about this doctor over the years but he did ok on my ingrown toenails. The diabetic wasn't so lucky. The doctor nicked both his feet one day and they both became infected. He had to have both feet amputated when the infection couldn't be controlled. As far as I know the doctor lost his operating room privileges for a few years.
