Yep, and the participation of common lay people in the religious life of the parish all but disappeared with the coming of Protestantism having been reduced to only formal worship services that everyone had to attend by law. We have disappearing parishes right here in Indy!!

Its end is no better either: atheism, communism, hedonism, skepticism, utilitarianism, totalitarianism.Yup, these are surely worst than...
Pope Stephen VI (896897), who had his predecessor Pope Formosus exhumed, tried, de-fingered, briefly reburied, and thrown in the Tiber.[1]
Pope John XII (955964), who gave land to a mistress, murdered several people, and was killed by a man who caught him in bed with his wife.
Pope Benedict IX (10321044, 1045, 10471048), who "sold" the Papacy
Pope Boniface VIII (12941303), who is lampooned in Dante's Divine Comedy
Pope Urban VI (13781389), who complained that he did not hear enough screaming when Cardinals who had conspired against him were tortured.[2]
Pope Alexander VI (14921503), a Borgia, who was guilty of nepotism and whose unattended corpse swelled until it could barely fit in a coffin.[3]
Pope Leo X (15131521), a spendthrift member of the Medici family who once spent 1/7 of his predecessors' reserves on a single ceremony[4]
Pope Clement VII (15231534), also a Medici, whose power-politicking with France, Spain, and Germany got Rome sacked.

Of course; thing is, it started out as a normal interest to beget a male hair, but spiraled into a full blown Reformation at the behest of Anne B. and Thomas Cromwell, who was himself a covert Lutheran. If Henry had wanted to marry a French princess or a Spanish princess then there might not have been problems. I have the same problem; as most of my male hairs died off LONG ago!
(I here their is grate money to be maid in trying to produce them these daze.)

Mary, indeed, had fertility problems, as the Catholics claim she had only ONE child: Jesus of Nazareth.
(Maybe Joseph was shooting blanks?)

I meant for the US; we were founded mainly by fire brand Puritans.Like our BIBLE (which we would NOT have, except for Catholics) this land was prepared for use by a Catholic...

Lust and Greed caused the English to start the Church of England. Corruption and arrogance caused the Church to become so foul as to cause men to risk their lives to point it out.

...including the bosses. And without constraints on their powerthey will naturally run amok.Well, it seems that Calvin is getting the credit (blame?), but it was Hobbs who noted that life is 'nasty, brutish and short'.

Not at all. Protestantism is sectarian filth. I have no visceral hate for Protestants. They are merely dupes. Some Protestants - the anti-Catholic kind - are apt to lie.
I got yer back, Brother!
