You want we should discuss original intent by discussing it in the original language?
I know enough about Hebrew, Aramaic, and Koinonia Greek the Bible was originally written in..
We can discuss it in the original language, and I will prove to you that you are wrong, because Jesus is God.
I would love to, because it’s a lot easier explaining it in the original language.
It’s english that allows heretics like your false teacher to confuse ignorant untrained lost souls and lazy Christians who fail to read the Bible on a daily basis to believe that crap.
So go ahead, ask me anything, Sound fair?
“Father, if it is possible, take this cup from me. Either way, your will be done.” “no one comes to the Father but by me.” sorry for the paraphrase...”no man has seen the father.” !
You guys twist and turn to try and make him lot to be God. But clearly his own words throughout scriptures prove out that he only did his Fathers will. You can try and point to other scriptures to uphold your misvotten belief, but Jesus himself proves you very wrong. Period. And all your stuffed knowledge in the world will not change that...only gets in your way.
To satisfy my curiosity, would you please kindly take a moment to describe your understanding of John 1:1, particularly the last phrase?
(I think you meant that you'd discuss in English terms the precise meaning imparted by the Koine for this thought which was translated rather ambiguously by the KJV translators. You don't want to discuss it in the original language, do you?)
