Yep.

847 Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.

That clearly says even though they don’t know Jesus they can achieve eternal salvation. The same with the Muslims. They don’t believe in Jesus yet the Catholic Church claims the plan of salvation includes them. The Catholic Church teaches “another gospel”.

That is if "try in their actions to do his [Jesus'] will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience". Like I said, have someone read it to you, or try reading yourself one more time. There is no salvation outside of the Catholic Church.
