President Obama gave House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi rosary beads blessed by Pope Francis during lunch Tuesday at the White House, according to an NBC News reporter.

Obama met Pope Francis at the Vatican for the first time last week.
Pelosi, a Catholic, has been criticized for her support of abortion — a practice which she has called “sacred ground” — by other Catholics.
Last year, a Vatican official in Rome said that the California lawmaker should be denied communion.
“This is a person who obstinately, after repeated admonitions, persists in a grave sin — cooperating with the crime of procured abortion,” Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke said in an interview with The Wanderer.
Pelosi met with Pope Benedict XVI in 2009, and according to a report in Politico at the time, the Pope spoke with her about the sanctity of life and blessed some rosaries for her grandchildren’s confirmation...

He is pulling another stunt to garner satanic support for abortion and to continue to woo the Catholic crowd for his causes, by showing the world by implication that Pelosi’s suck-up to everything abortion and all her mischeivous behavior is sanctioned by the Church.

Of any person I know of who desperately NEEDS a Rosary, it’s Nancy Pelosi.

Why would the Pope give NON-CATHOLIC Obummer a rosary? Makes no sense. If the “proof” of this is a tweet from a left-wing pro-abort female that works for NBC I ain’t buying it.

Obama probably sent one of his drunken Secret Service guys down to the Vatican gift shop to buy those rosary beads.
He probably thought it would be a hoot to see her gush over the gift.

Giving a rosary to someone is not in any way honoring them. It’s more like an invitation to prayer. How is that not acting Christ-like?

Rosaries are routinely given as tokens when one has an audience with the Pope. I would bet the Pope is not the one who handed it to him, but one of the Pope’s “guys”. No way in the world that the Pope would know what obama was going to do with it. I am extremely fortunate to have received one of these rosaries when i met Pope Benedict, it is something i will always treasure.
