For some reason, this is a huge blindspot for the hardcore evos - that the information necessary for all the variation we see was ORIGINALLY THERE - not “added” by mutation or any other means.
So, a dog has changed into....... A Dog.
Understand, you are explaining the adaptations that occur in microevolution. A type of bird on a certain island has a noticeable beak change. It does not change the kind of bird.
