Please pray for my son and his wife. She apparently has miscarried, but they will know for sure later today. There is an extremely slim chance that one of the two babies has survived.

Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for the two babies and for their mother; be with them as they go through this trauma. We also pray for the rest of the family.

always remember, if you have miscarried children or grandchildren, that they still exist....we have 3 kids and 4 miscarries...we always remember them all, and while not doing so publicly, know that we have 7 children......very satisfying and consoling...

Update: My DIL, the mother, received a D&C last night to extract the wee remains of the babies, which were just in the first trimester. When I spoke with my son on the phone he seemed at peace. Since theirs is a Catholic hospital, the remains were treated with utmost respect, and there was a religious sister to pray with them.
I know that my little grandchildren are with the Lord, and I pray that they are being cradled by their great-grandparents and their uncle.
