BARTIMAEUS

A blind beggar who was sitting at the side of the road when Jesus passed with his disciples after visiting Jericho. Ever wonder how the blind man could see who Jesus was? Ever wonder about the 2 sons of a fisherman repairing nets with their father, when Jesus ordered them to follow him, left their father and their job and did just that? Ever wonder why some could see and some could not recognize Him? Ever wonder why the thief on the cross next to him asked him to intercede for him with the Father? Why did John the Baptist try to get Jesus to baptize him instead of John Baptizing Jesus?

I think all these people were spiritually awake not as we so often see now, willfully spiritually blind.
