No offense, FRiend, but I don’t care what Rome and her emissaries say the Bible says. I want a sound biblical case only. We don’t need councils and Roman authorities to speak because God has spoken. Supposedly infallible councils and the magisterium will lead you off the cliff. In contrast I believe in the perspicuity of Scripture - that in its essential message, it is clearly understood. The Scriptures on the subject of salvation are clear to anyone who will read the Bible.
