Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The Prophet Isaiah

Chapter 11



1. A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
2. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him—
the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
the Spirit of counsel and of might,
the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the LORD—
3. and he will delight in the fear of the LORD.

He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,
or decide by what he hears with his ears;
4. but with righteousness he will judge the needy,
with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
5. Righteousness will be his belt
and faithfulness the sash around his waist.

How Glorious and Wonderful is Your Most Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy of Worship and Praise,
For You Alone Are The One True God,
Almighty and Eternal,
Glorious and Transcendent,
Rock of Ages,
Ancient of Days,
King of Kings,
and Lord of Lords!

Thank You, LORD,
For Your Wonderful Prophet Isaiah.
A man flawed and difficult,
But Full Of Your Spirit.
Thank You for preserving his inspired words,
Through Centuries of exile and persecution.
Thank You For The magnificent Intact Isaiah Dead Sea Scroll
That validates what scholars have treasured for centuries.

Thank You for Providing a Glimpse into Your Eternal Mind,
by The Words of Your Prophet Yishayah.
Thank You for revealing Your Glory
Your Plan,
And Your Love through this Marvelous Book.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.
