Part of the reason (perhaps largely, in fact) that I have no belief in a God is that (as far as I can tell) it's not falsifiable. As I look at the universe, I try to imagine what it would look like if there were no supernatural agencies of any kind...and I can't see the slightest difference between that and the actual world around me.
Now, that certainly doesn't prove that the supernatural (ghosts, angels, demons, God, whatever) doesn't exist...absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence...but lacking such evidence, why assume that it does?
And if they didn't repent before they died, they're in hell forever.
I'm fully aware of many of the great evils committed throughout history. I do not lay the blame for the death camps or any of the other countless evils at the feet of God. And when I was speaking of a just God, I was speaking of the final account we will all give.
