Part of the reason (perhaps largely, in fact) that I have no belief in a God is that (as far as I can tell) it's not falsifiable. As I look at the universe, I try to imagine what it would look like if there were no supernatural agencies of any kind...and I can't see the slightest difference between that and the actual world around me.
Now, that certainly doesn't prove that the supernatural (ghosts, angels, demons, God, whatever) doesn't exist...absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence...but lacking such evidence, why assume that it does?
Check out Pascal’s wager.
So that I understand you more clearly, do you believe in the concept or existence of the human soul?
It's easy to verify by experience the physical, emotional and mental levels of your human reality, but are there other levels that you're not fully aware of or remember, such as spiritual levels of your existence or the intuitive bridge to them?
What of the anecdotal evidence from the mountains of personal testimony of those who have experienced these levels themselves?
Here in the matrix, life is but a dream, but what is the dreamer and what created and programmed the matrix?
Why assume it doesn’t?
