Except that it is never mentioned in Scripture. Did the Holy Spirit drop the ball when He forgot to make that exception?

Either Paul was saying that Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Jesus, The Holy Spirit and God the Father had sinned

or

He didn't actually mean ALL.
