Not really, no.
Health insurance is not done through your employer like it is in the USA. You buy in directly into one of the 4 or so HMOs. So it’s not an issue.
But you can name whomever you want as the recipient of your retirement account or whatever, so yes, a queer could name a queer. Or his brother. Or his Shul or church.
But can he/she sue someone for refusing to photograph or do some professional service his/her “wedding”?
Is the one refusing to provide service on religious grounds liable for disobeying the law ( like they are in the USA )?
