The chill seemed to begin to thaw for some in 2004 when Mouw introduced Ravi Zacharias at the LDS Church's Salt Lake Tabernacle. Mouw spoke for seven minutes and apologized for evangelicals who had "misrepresented the faith and belief of Latter-day Saints."
"Let me state it clearly," Mouw said. "We evangelicals have sinned against you."
Mouw didn't flinch despite criticism of the apology by other evangelicals and published a book last year titled "Talking with Mormons: An Invitation to Evangelicals." He practices convicted civility, which he says is different from what he calls the anything-goes compromised relativism so popular in American religion.
Zacharias followed Mouw to the Tabernacle pulpit and delivered the first lecture by an internationally renowned evangelical leader in the Tabernacle in 105 years.
The Deseret News first reported earlier this month that Zacharias is scheduled to return to the Tabernacle in January at the LDS Church's invitation. He also will speak at BYU as part of a "Faith, Family and Society" lecture series that brought both Moore's predecessor, Richard Land, and Assemblies of God general superintendent George Wood to BYU in September and included an October address by Albert Mohler, head of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. (Please see the Deseret News Q&As with Land, Wood and Mohler.)
Mohler is scheduled to return to BYU to speak at a nationally televised campus forum in February.
What is motivating the dialogue?
Mormons and evangelicals agree on issues like religious liberty, humanitarian aid and the importance of families.
Talking to Religion News Service writer Adelle M. Banks, the LDS Church's director of interfaith relations, John Taylor, said, Theres a realization among faith groups generally that despite doctrinal differences and we have doctrinal differences, theres no question about that we do have areas of commonality."

They make moo-goo dollars off the storage food they sell you from their companies as well...

Would a appreciate an answer
Thank you
Doesn’t need clarification....they are in the business of making merchandise of their own members....that’s clearly evidenced just by looking into the holdings and companies which are run and operated by the Leadership and those they partner with within and without the Mormon Organization.
Extortion comes into play as well because they threaten people who do not keep up with their tithes...in one form or another. Though this too cannot be seen by those who are in the fog of the leaderships deceptive teachings and brainwashing.
There is a reason why it’s called brainwashing. You might want to investigate what that is.
Sorry Caww that still does not answer who is selling to whom and what companies are you talking about?
So please clearify
Thank you
Hi Elsie — the freedom of religion we enjoy is a blessing that is sadly not available everywhere on earth and I want everyone to have the privilege to worship as they wish. I would not be surprised if there comes a time when that freedom comes under threat in this country, and if it does, all people of faith will need to band together to defend it.
The time has already come Normandy its seems those who are in opposition to this great nation already have their ducks in a row and they are activating them one by one.
The media has keep our eye on the Obama care but just below the radar many other programs are being lunch even our military under siege on faith as well as in sports those who are not a progressive/Marist are being run out of the game.
Look what happen to Tebow and now Martin once upon a time we pride ourselves in sports on sportsmanship but that has all been thrown out the window, our military had the same standards as far as God and honor.
Now everything is like gladiator time of the worst kind men of honor are taboo and the soulless creatures are welcome.
This is why this détente is so important now we put away our differences and look for common ground to ward off these soulless creatures among us.
The Lord’s scriptures has warn us so many times not to content it is not of Him.
Where ever contention takes place the Lord spirit departs as show in John 14:30
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
Philip. 1 excerpt
14 And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.
15 Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will:
16 The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:
***
23 For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:
24 Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
25 And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;
26 That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.
27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.
29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
30 Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me.

Just as I thought you have no answer for your accusations!
I encourage you to go into the Mormon Library and investigate the Mormon Church History...in their & volumes set of their History....
volume 6 especially is interesting as...I believe page 410.. where the founder Joseph Smith stated...(and this is your churches volumes of their History just to be clear)...Joseph Smith states...”The church ran away from Jesus
but not from me”. Do you not find that a questionable statement made by your founder?
I'll also add this that when you attempt to encourage Mormons to search their own History within their own book and their own history..... their mind, (via brainwashing techniques and teachings)...is like a Rolodex of information and you are perceived and they see it as a challenge, a defensive challenge because they know that to engage in even ‘considering’ questions or your suggestions or what you are saying that is true is to put their family, their friends and all their social life on the line........were they to discover the truth by researching and investigating what they are presented with and or accepting the challenge.
More times than not they will come back with a scrolled list of whatever they've been taught......rather than dialog to discuss what is questioned. Were they to discover all the many inconsistencies with their BOM..and various other books they adhere to they would be asking some very candid questions of their line of authority.
I say this because more people outside the Mormon church know more about their doctrines and what they believe then those within the Mormon church. Those in the church are “followers’ of the leadership...which if questioned can mean eventual excommunication.
The “Line of authority” their Priesthood...gives them a false sense of security...they “feel” secure.
An example of their inconsistencies would be to look at Section 132:38,39 Where Daniel and Solomon are often used to justify Polygamy.....and they rejoice in that they can share this....
Yet in verse 39 you see a footnote...to Jacob 2:24 Which rather than God rejoicing he states... “which thing was abominable before me”.
In their book Doctrines of Covenants 1831-1836 Section 101 it clearly states..”One wife”..”One woman”..at a time they were very much practicing Polygamy.
So which is it???? These types of inconsistencies flow throughout the Mormon faith from it's beginning to today. Unfortunately most Mormons only know what they are taught and instructed to know...and by the end of that they have little if any critical thinking skills left which are not drenched in their false teachings...and why Mormonism is considered a cult. IT's followers are cornered and cannot discern that they are without truth as God would have them to know it....apart from seriously looking into the history and be open to God's leading them to the truth.
One has already been posted here...and many in the past as well....if you want to know the truth you will “seek to find” as we all do and not depend on someone else to do our footwork for us.
( Unfortunately the Moron mindset is pretty much accustomed to being spoon fed by their leaders ...they have a need for “material” rather than researching anything on their own and being open enough to see the truth when it’s there for them to see....many in fact seek not to find but to dispute and tear about the truth.
Are you WORTHY enough to enter the (any) Mormon Temple Restornu?
Do YOU have a TR card??
Are you WORTHY enough to enter the (any) Mormon Temple Restornu?
Do YOU have a TR card??
Sure is!!
Are you WORTHY enough to enter the (any) Mormon Temple ?
Do YOU have a TR card??
Honey; if YOU want answers; don't you think that SUPPLYING some yourself would illustrate a similar spirit?
You guys do NOT have to answer me; that is how you have been trained; but you DO have to answer that nagging little voice in your mind that will NOT go away...
"Now if any of you will deny the plurality of wives, and continue to do so, I promise that you will be damned;
and I will go still further and say, take this revelation, or any other revelation that the Lord has given,
and deny it in your feelings, and I promise that you will be damned.
Brigham Young - JoD 3:266 (July 14, 1855)
This “Worthy” business doesn’t ring true...in the Mormon history the black people were not “Worthy” to become Priests...but now they are “Worthy”..so what then does it make the fathers of those Worthy now back then “Un-Worthy” or “Worthy”????
It’s just nonsense as you know....
Why; BOTH!! of course!
You MUST learn to compartmentalize!!!
