Well stated.
I’ve noted the identification between the King of the South and those who visit those areas today. The Whore of Babylon also appears to maybe not be a nation as much as a person.

"Both Catholics and Protestants are nothing less than the 'whore of Babylon' whom the Lord denounces by the mouth of John the Revelator as having corrupted all the earth by their fornications and wickedness. Any person who shall be so corrupt as to receive a holy ordinance of the Gospel from the ministers of any of these apostate churches will be sent down to hell with them, unless they repent"

Good assessment Brother (II Tim. 2:15), the Son of Perdition will rise from the kingdom of the North, the old Seleucid Empire, left over from the four-fold split of Alexander’s (one horned goat) kingdom. He crossed the whole earth without touching the ground (duel prophecy: sounds like the Internet, beast out of the Earth)? And he will worship a god of fortresses. Don’t quite know what it means but when it happens, I’m sure we will know. When the temple is rebuilt, then all of the pieces will be in place. You can’t have the abomination of desolation without a Temple.
God Speed,
