Is there a reason you use King James English?

It's what I cut my teeth on, but one can take only so many 'wist thou not' phrases until the mental translation of King James authorized translation language into modern English becomes a chore instead of a joy.

The newer translations may be a 'bit' more accurate there, but they SOUND awful!
