But the Catholic Church existed from the time of Christ when he founded it on the Apostles, the first Bishops.

Again, small "c" needed as the "k" is lower case in the Greek.

The catholic church, universal church.

Made up of all Christians, and started long before Catholicism came into existence (except of course by re writing history to show that "Catholicism" started in the first century.)
