And they were saved without baptism.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And they were saved without confessing Jesus is LORD as well.
So would you also argue then that we today can be saved without confessing? Using your logic - them O/T dudes were saved that way. Why not us?
We know about Jesus. It's possible for someone today who doesn't know about Jesus but has faith in God that God will provide, could be saved.
There are many verses that talk about salvation that do not mention Baptism. John 3:16 for example.
Clearly baptism is commanded and we should do it. But it's faith that saves not the baptism ceremony.
