previous valid baptism
external profession of still being a Christian,
outright denial or positive doubt regarding a truth that the Catholic Church has actually proposed as revealed by God;
the disbelief must be morally culpable,

Eckhart insisted that though he might be in error he could not be a heretic BECAUSE he always intended loyalty to the Magisterium. It’s interesting, but I think his distinction is important.
