Where's that in the Bible?

Where does the Bible tell you that the Bible is the sole rule of faith?

It doesn't.

And it can't.

It would have been impossible for the biblical writers to refer to "the Bible" ("the books") as a whole, because the books of the Bible weren't canonized until centuries after all of its books had been written.
