If you think that same sex marriage and "non-discrimination" laws are all about love and tolerance, you couldn't be more wrong. A decision out of the New Mexico Supreme Court last week clearly shows why. The decision is itself intolerant and discriminatory.
According to the Court, Christian photographer Elane Huguenin violated New Mexico's "non-discrimination" law by politely declining to photograph a same-sex commitment ceremony. Although the lesbian couple that brought the complaint easily found another photographer, Elane Photography now must pay nearly $7,000 in court costs for merely exercising her First Amendment rights.
I’m not getting into an argument about gay marriage because the argument isn’t about gay marriage.
Its about angry people trying to create a system that will lead to the prosecution and persecution of people they don’t like.
Its a backdoor to unconstitutional government regulation of religious belief and free speech.
Well said.

I'm not sure it even qualifies as back door meddling. It seems to me government is walking directly through the front door to announce we can own businesses, but it's in charge of their management, and anyone who doesn't like it can end up in court.
Mussolini would have been so proud!
Yep. Whenever I hear the arguement how will gay marriage affect someone who isn’t I think of situations like this.
Other military who have come out on Facebook, saying homosexuality is a sin because the Bible says it is sin, have been target and reprimanded.
Thank you for your information. The Obama administration claims that the new policy is not causing any problems, but that’s only true for those who agree with the “gay agenda.”
Mussolini would have been so proud!
Ruling the other way would not have given them any more power.
I am sure there are some exceptions but most people who work for government on a job of authority will never stop when it comes to power.
I am sure Mussolini, Hitler and a bunch of others could learn a lot from these crazy sobs we have.
Revolt is coming.
