It's not live , it's a recording.
Maybe you do not have the plugin to watch it . Try going back to the page and hit refresh and see if it lets you know you need a plugin.

It’s not up there yet but should be soon . I don’t normally watch this Calvary Chapels podcast so don’t know how quickly they put it up but the Calvary Chapels I watch weekly normally have the video on the podcast within 1 or 2 days .
