If you are found guilty, then you pay the penalty.
Sometimes the penalty is waived.
At the GWT; we ALL will be found guilty.
You are correct that Jesus paid the price.
Thus, those whose names ARE in the BoL; will NOT have to pay the penalty: it's BEEN paid.
Those whose names are NOT found them are in some serious, uh, trouble.
