And the Catholic neighbor of mine wholeheartedly endorses ever democratic candidate and proudly proclaims she is a liberal.

She told me not long ago, that she knows what the church teaching is on abortion and that she is as pro-life as they come, BUT, she doesn’t think the government has any right to tell a woman what to do with her body.

She supports gay marriage and attended and lauded one in her own family recently.

And this from a decades old, lifelong practicing Catholic. She goes to church several times a week and I see it myself, so I KNOW she does it.

So, metmom, the world would be a better place if this woman faithfully and conscientiously adhered to Catholic faith and morals?

That's always been my opinion across the board.
