Question: Which words of those verses are not the words given and transmitted to us by the Holy Ghost? Irrelevant to the discussion.

You seem to be including things that just aren't there. That has happened a LOT in this thread!
(Did you know it started out about crucifixes and Presbyterians?)

Pharisaical man made rule that do nothing to advance the kingdom.Kinda like the misuse of "...sell all you have and give to the poor"...

>> “In fact, it would be interesting to know how you have discerned that ant of the wine consumed at Cana was alcoholic wine” <<
.
This is going to have to be a “Get Real” moment.
I want to say first that I have no desire to impun your chosen chastity WRT alcohol.
Have you ever read the second chapter of John carefully enough to determine what time of the year it was?
The wedding was just over a week before Passover, which is always in the middle of the month of the Aviv. This was a traditional spring wedding. Where would anyone find grape juice in that time of the year?
And who would have praised the quality after having had wine earlier, and then served grape juice?
Put your bias aside, and read the chapter with more discernment of what is actually being said.
Also note that Yeshua had done more than just make wine; he had defiled the ceremonial hand washing pots of the pharisees, a total rejection of their Takanot for “the washing of the hands.” (he had a later run-in with them recorded in Matthew on this same subject)

And apparently don’t want to know it.
Worse still is the invidious ignorance of the importance of wine to the everyday health and sanitation of the entire world before instant sanitation became possible, at the beginning of the 20th century.

That is you personally it is not everyone.
You sound like a liberal. They don't want a gun so no one should have a gun. You have problem with drinking so no one should ever drink.

Crucifixions normally kept the individual alive for days, not hours. Authority? Josephus? or what?
Pontius Pilate.
Remember that he was surprised that Jesus died so soon. The piercing of His side was simply a way to ensure to Pilate that He was dead before the Sabbath so that He could be taken down and buried according to the pleas of His followers.
Tsk, tsk. Must read that Bible of yours, mustn't you? :)

Well, this belief, in one form or another, has been in place since the first generation of Christians. Oh?? That somehow makes it RIGHT? THIS 'belief' is recorded in Scripture: ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD.
And???
