The Catholic church is no different then the Jewish faith when it comes to this holiday or that one. This sin is more then that..STOP and just read God's word.
The word will still exist without the church but not the other way around.

The concept of simplicity helped to give me a greater understanding of the spiritual world; how it is distinguished from the material, or matter; and why the soul cannot be destroyed.

Give me that old-time Scholasticism. Pope Leo was right!

I thought that the gates of hell would not prevail against it?

I also thought that Jesus was the eternal High Priest of the House of David (Rev. 3:7).

Finally, the Church wrote, preserved and canonized Scripture. No Church, no inerrant Scriptures.

Correct the hell's gate have already been removed..

The Holy Spirit wrote via it's authors the Scriptures..and the Catholic church can take credit for preserving it...
