Not quite, but I can understand how the RCC would INTERPRET it that way:
1 Timothy 3:15 (kjv)But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
It appears that the Pillar and Ground of the Truth is the Living GOD.
Nice try. I almost see your point but, no, the term "Living God" is part of a prepositional phrase to which the following reference to 'ground and pillar' refers. There is a comma after 'Living God'.
