Usually, one who says that generally follows up with the thought: "they should change their words to match their actions."
I don't think that is your intent.
Having said that, I agree that it would be nice if their actions agreed with their words.
If this guy is not part of the gay mafia or sweeping molesting Priests under the wrong then HE is not being hypocritical...but THE CHURCH has plenty of instances of being hypocritical on this subject.
The gay mafia ring is a PERFECT example.
But I do like the current Pope . He is what a Pope should be..instead of say...Borgia clan.
