If someone is baptized, then they are in the Church. They are in the Church Militant. They are not yet part of the Church Triumphant. That’s where there are no tares.

The real question is where does Scripture teach baptized impenitent practitioners of willful sin are saved and part of the body of Christ, versus those manifesting “things which accompany salvation?”
