All I want to see is any REQUIREMENT to do so.

under the New Covenant, God's Law is written on our hearts. This is his Torah, his teachings and instructions. Acts 15 says:

19 Therefore my judgment is that we should not trouble those of the Gentiles who turn to God, 20 but should write to them to abstain from the things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, and from what has been strangled, and from blood. 21 For from ancient generations Moses has had in every city those who proclaim him, for he is read every Sabbath in the synagogues.”

the "Old Testament" was ALL THEY HAD. the "New Testament" had not yet been written. This is a group of Jewish folks who have very specific requirements they follow as put forth in the Torah. It isnt reasonable to plunk down the bible and tell someone "When you follow all this, you can be a part of our group". These things that are listed in verse 20 are still today what a person must do to begin the process to convert to Judaism. These are the Noachide Laws. These few things can be learned right away with the assumption there would be more learned as Moses is read every sabbath.

-what makes a person Jewish?
-does following the Torah make a person Jewish? (no)
-is being 'Jewish' different from being a part of Israel? (yes, it must be according to scripture)

Was Jesus the Jewish Messiah?
OR, did he come to start a new and different religion?

and if you are going with "New Religion", what was wrong with the OLD religion?
and why do you still have it as 3/4 of your bible?

...under the New Covenant,...

Where is it?

Acts 15 sure says NOTHING about a 'covenant'.
