What the biggest indicator of a new heart and eternal life is a changed life. Not just a bunch of works that someone can add and fool themselves into thinking they're saved because they're doing them. Or a bunch of works that someone can add and fool themselves into thinking they will be saved because they keep on doing them.

Galatians 3 addresses that so beautifully that one has to wonder if God had it put in there just for addressing that error of Catholicism.
