So aborted babies and babies that die before baptism aren’t welcomed into Heaven?

We (as Catholics) are permitted to believe that God, being not only Love but Just, would not therefore go contrary to His very nature and do anything else other than embrace those most precious of His creation into His Beatific Vision, through His Son Jesus Christ.

We are taught that God made the Sacraments for us, but He is not bound by these same Sacraments. He can, and does, choose to save whomever He wishes at any time. This is also how those who never heard of His Son can be saved as well.

The Roman Catholic church taught for many years that babies who died before being baptized never had a chance to go to heaven, they were consigned to Limbo forever.

That has now changed, but I've known my share of Catholics who were afraid to take their newborns anywhere until they were baptized lest something happen to them.

Apparently they've changed their stance on Limbo in recent years. I guess it's not too popular to tell parents their babies will not make it to heaven if they die before being baptized.
