That means, the Eucharist in the Catholic Church, Megan. Do you uderstand that?

1 Corinthians 11:24

And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Luke 22:19

And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

The real question is do you know the difference between remembrance and literal

No, it does not mean the RCC. And the pagan symbols used during what the RCC calls the Eucharist is indicative of it’s apostasy.
