Cairo - The Coptic Orthodox Patriarch of Alexandria, Tawadros II, has expressed his desire to go to Rome to meet Pope Francis. According to Egyptian media sources - such as the daily Al-Masry Al-Youm - the intention was expressed by the head of the largest Christian Church in the Arab world on Wednesday evening, when Pope Tawadros received the visit at the Cathedral of St. Mark of His Exc. Mgr. Jean-Paul Gobel, appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Egypt last January 5. During the meeting between Nuncio Gobel and Pope Tawadros, the intention to make the fraternal cooperation between the Coptic Orthodox Church and the Catholic Church more and more intense was confirmed.

At the rate the Copt’s are being exterminated, this is a good move.
Certainly, the US won’t complain if the Christians in the ME are wiped out.
Our Lady seems to be very interested in the Copts. Google Our Lady of Zeitoun and Our Lady of Warraq. The Warraq videos on YouTube are amazing.
Which Warraq video do you recommend? I just looked at some and all I’m seeing is bright light. It just isn’t that clear that it is Mary. What if it is not Mary and there is some demon making the light? (Although maybe a demon would not want to be that close to a church; I don’t know.)
I would like it to be Mary. I think the Coptic Christians could use the encouragement. But I’m not amazed by the videos that I pulled up.

Obviously, we're all free to draw our own conclusions.
I believe that a bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church approved the apparition.
Skeptics at Wikipedia claim that the effect was created by lighting the church towers. But I can't imagine a crowd of this size gathering for illuminated church towers.
